Namche Bazaar is a lively Sherpa town with a variety of shops, markets, and accommodations. Overnight in Namche.

Today is a rest day to acclimatize to the altitude. You’ll embark on a short hike to the Everest View Hotel, which sits at 3,962 meters. This hotel offers some of the best panoramic views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. You’ll also explore Namche Bazaar and its surroundings, giving you a chance to learn about Sherpa culture. Return to Namche for the night.

Today marks the return journey. You’ll trek from Namche Bazaar back to Lukla, taking about 6-7 hours. The descent offers beautiful views of the landscapes and mountain ranges as you make your way back to Lukla for an overnight stay.
